Trampoline Controller for Games

We all know that regular exercise and physical activity is good for our health. In spite of knowing this, there are so many of us who are too lazy to engage in any physical activity apart from reaching for the remote control or for another crisp from that oh-so-tempting packet.

For those of us who can’t bear the thought of jogging or hitting the gym a few times every week, redemption may come in the form ..

Personal 80-inch Screen with the Epson Moverio Glasses

A few days ago, Epson America announced the launch of the Epson Moverio BT-100, probably the world’s newest and most advanced wearable visual display glasses.

Using micro-projection technology and a trackpad controller, this uber-cool gadget allows the wearer to experience streaming video, 3D movies and so on a “perceived screen” that is equivalent to viewing an 80” widescreen from a 5 metre distance. This perceived screen is projected on the user’s real physical environment.

Users will be ..

X-Gaming USB Joystick, Room for Two, 6 Games Built-In

There is something about the gaming joystick that harks back to simpler times, when computer games were oh so simple (and easier for me to play without getting frustrated). Nowadays of course things are very different and while lots of games are unrecognisable alongside their older counterparts, it’s common enough to want that nostalgic joystick back again.

The online rumours have started flying around already though, and they seem to be originating from someone who has managed to get the information right in advance of release dates in the past, so maybe we should sit up and take notice.

The name proposed for the new ..

Cyborg R.A.T. 7 Gaming Mouse

When is a mouse not a mouse? Or perhaps a better question would be this – when does a mouse look nothing like a mouse and continually gets the question “what on earth is that?”

This is the Cyborg R.A.T 7 Gaming Mouse and it looks like no other mouse you’ve ever seen. Needless to say from the name, this mouse isn’t designed to be used when you are looking to get some work done or ..

Realistic Fishing Video Game

The steadily improving quality of graphic processors and engines and display screens means that simulated reality is getting ever closer to reality.

This trend means that players can completely immerse themselves in a game where they truly feel one with the scenario.

It is in this context that Namco Bandai’s “Fishing Spirits”, an arcade fishing medal game is quite interesting.

This game can be simultaneously played by up to eight players. The winner is the player who “catches” ..

Wireless Gaming Controller for iDevices and Android, iCADE 8-Bitty

Sometimes I’ll review an item where the title gives away what it actually is. But that isn’t the case with the iCADE 8-Bitty. It’s a strange name but it speaks of an item that makes it possible to enjoy all those arcade games we used to play.

Thanks to the advent of the touchscreen we can’t enjoy those traditional games in the way we used to. But of course, we can now we have the iCADE ..
