The idea of having all of your entertainment available to use with your TV is an interesting proposition. Trouble is there’s nothing worse than having to switch between numerous devices for each thing that you want to watch. Lenovo have come up with a nifty little device that can do almost anything you want them to do.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre Q180 is a Windows 7 HTPC that can be used as a 3D BluRay compatible media hub. It’s small too, so it’ll sit next to your TV and set-top box without causing too much trouble.

As it’s a PC it’ll also allow you to watch catch-up TV online, and play whatever flash based online games you like the look of, all from the comfort of your living room sofa.

Now to the specifics; the base model comes with a 2.13 GHz dual-core Intel Atom D2500 CPU, 2GB of 1066MHz DDR3 RAM and AMD Radeon HD 6450A discrete GPU.

This model also comes with a pretty generous 500GB of hard drive space, which is more than enough space for all of your favourite films.

Of course, if you have a particularly large film collection, you can upgrade the PC to 750GB of hard drive space instead. There are a few more customisation options too. You can equip it with a DVD burner or BluRay drive too.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre is available now. Prices start at around £250, making this superb little PC a bargain entertainment hub. At this price you can afford to treat yourself to some customisations too.
