The E FUN Nextbook Premium 8 is the latest inclusion to the Nextbook family, which involves one notable difference with its predecessors. Unlike other products in the Nextbook collection, the E FUN Nextbook Premium 8 does not use Honeycomb, which is Google Android’s tablet optimised version. Instead, it uses the Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which is used on the smartphone.

The Nextbook Premium 8 comes in an eight inch colour multi touch screen, which may not offer the high resolution than some people are used to with these types of products. However, the main benefit of this particular product is that connecting to the Internet is a piece of cake.

With its automatic detection of local Wi-Fi networks, the Nextbook Premium 8 connects to the Internet with pure ease.

Its appearance seems to closely resemble an e-reader and it is no surprise that the product is installed with all of the latest e-book software. This includes Kobo eBook Store app, OfficeSuite Viewer and other useful software. The device also uses the very latest in Flash technology, with Flash 10.01 installed automatically.

The Nextbook Premium 8 also includes a 2.0 megapixel camera, which is great for video calls and also carries 4GB of internal memory. When people use a special micro SD memory card slot they can also use an additional 16GB of memory. This slot can also connect to integrated speaker systems, making this an ideal product for listening to music.

The E FUN Nextbook Premium 8 is available to purchase from online retailers and is priced at $299.99.
